Discounts begin when any number of people in your company or firm attend a total of 10 seminars within a contract year. Your company or firm can earn discounts of more than 20% per year. TERMS & CONDITIONS

FEES, PAYMENTS & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
You agree to pay all applicable registration fees, including but not limited to Annual Pass subscription fees. You further understand that we may use a third-party payment processor (“Third-Party Payment Processor”) to process your payment of fees. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user, of the credit card or other payment card that you present to such Third-Party Payment Processor, and that all information you provide is accurate. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer or any other payment facility, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and be liable for all collection fees.

YOU AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON THE ANNIVERSARY DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT. YOU MAY CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING US NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT UPCOMING RENEWAL (ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE/RENEWAL). YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL BY EMAILING US AT csreg@cpeincmail.com. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTION THEN IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. YOUR FIRST AUTOMATIC RENEWAL WILL BE BILLED AT THE PRICE OF YOUR PREVIOUS ANNUAL PASS. ALL SUBSEQUENT RENEWALS WILL BE BILLED AT THE THEN CURRENT UNDISCOUNTED LIST PRICE. YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE THE ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTION FEE THROUGH ANY PAYMENT METHOD ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. IF THE PAYMENT METHOD ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DECLINED OR NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO US FOR PAYMENT OF YOUR ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTION FEE, YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNCOLLECTED AMOUNTS. IF A PAYMENT IS NOT SUCCESSFULLY SETTLED, DUE TO EXPIRATION, INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, OR OTHERWISE, AND YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT, WE MAY SUSPEND YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE UNTIL WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CHARGED A VALID PAYMENT. THE ANNUAL PASS SUBSCRIPTION IS FOR YOUR USE AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ANY TIME WITHIN THE ACCESS PERIOD.

We shall not be liable to you for any communication you send to us by email which is either received late or not received at all.

 

CHANGE IN THE PRICE

We reserve the right to change any of the registration fees, including but not limited to, Annual Pass subscription fees that we charge, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you. If you do not agree to a price revision, you may cancel your automatic renewal by sending us an email at csreg@cpeincmail.com. If we do not receive any reply from you within ten (10) days, the new fees will apply.

We shall not be liable to you for any communication you send to us by email which is either received late or not received at all. 

 

SEMINAR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the seminar will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less $185*, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program. Any credits issued must be used within two calendar years. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the program, the full fee is payable. CONFERENCE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may send notification of a substitute at any time prior to your scheduled conference. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the conference, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, and prior to two (2) full business days before the conference, the full fee, less $450*, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future conference for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation. Any cancellation within two (2) full business days of the conference is subject to full penalty, and the total amount of the conference fee is due in full and is nonrefundable. You may send notification of a substitute at any time prior to your scheduled program. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, and prior to two (2) full business days before the program, the full fee, less $750, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation. Any cancellation within two (2) full business days of the program is subject to full penalty, and the total amount of the program fee is due in full and is nonrefundable. You may send notification of a substitute at any time prior to your scheduled forum. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the forum, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, and prior to two (2) full business days before the forum, the full fee, less $185, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation. Any cancellation within two (2) full business days of the forum is subject to full penalty, and the total amount of the forum fee is due in full and is nonrefundable. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less 40% of the webinar price, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program.* Any credits issued must be used within one calendar year. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the program, the full fee is payable. Colleague substitution permitted with no penalty. You may send notification of a substitute at any time prior to your scheduled conference. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the conference, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, and prior to two (2) full business days before the conference, the full fee, less 40% of the full virtual conference price, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future conference for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation. Any cancellation within two (2) full business days of the conference is subject to full penalty, and the total amount of the conference fee is due in full and is nonrefundable. EVENING & WEEKEND, ANYTIME, & COMBO LIVE WEBINAR PASS HOLDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the webinar will be honored. If you cancel after the two-day deadline, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the webinar, the credit hours of that webinar will be forfeited from your Webinar Pass. QAS SELF-STUDY WEBINAR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel a non-completed self-study webinar for a full refund or credit within 24 hours of purchase. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. Courses expire after one year. Expired courses will not be refundable. In the rare event that CPE INC. must cancel a self-study webinar, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price. PURCHASE COMMUNICATION
When you register for a CPE INC. program, you are agreeing to receive email communications from us. These emails contain relevant information for CPAs and Financial Professionals and include course information, special offers, and news and expert insights. 

If you prefer not to receive email communications from us, follow the opt-out directions located at the bottom of any CPE INC. email. 

For print mailings, please be sure to provide us with the exact name, mailing address, and/or email address as it appears on the printed piece so that we can be sure to identify you correctly. All mail removal requests may require up to a month to take effect.
