CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT
When two or more from the same company attend any program together, each receives a
10% discount. Individuals who attend 3-5 seminars per year, save 5%; More than 5 seminars per year, save 10%.
 

PREFERRED PROVIDER PROGRAM
Enroll your company or firm in the CPE INC. Preferred Provider Program, which enables your organization to benefit right along with you. Discounts begin when any number of people in your company or firm attend a total of 10 seminars within a contract year. Your company or firm can earn discounts of more than 20% per year. These discounts are in addition to the Customer Loyalty Discounts.
 

PRIVACY POLICY
CPE INC. does not disclose credit card account information provided by its customers. When customers choose to pay using their credit cards, CPE INC. submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse. We do not provide or sell credit card information to third parties. If our privacy policies change, we will notify all users by a special announcement placed on our website.
 

SEMINAR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the seminar will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less $185*, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program. Any credits issued must be used within two calendar years. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the program, the full fee is payable. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the conference, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, and prior to two (2) full business days before the conference, the full fee, less $450*, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future conference for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation. Any cancellation within two (2) full business days of the conference is subject to full penalty, and the total amount of the conference fee is due in full and is nonrefundable. LIVE WEBCAST CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the live webcast will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less 35% of the webcast price, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future program.* Any credits issued must be used within one calendar year. EVENING & WEEKEND LIVE WEBCAST PASS HOLDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the webcast will be honored. If you cancel after the two-day deadline, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the webcast, the credit hours of that webcast will be forfeited from your Webcast Pass. QAS SELF-STUDY WEBCAST CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
You may cancel a non-completed self-study webcast for a full refund or credit within 24 hours of purchase. Any credit issued must be used within one calendar year. Courses expire after one year. Expired courses will not be refundable. In the rare event that CPE INC. must cancel a self-study webcast, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price.
