When customers choose to pay using their credit cards, CPE INC. submits the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouse. SEMINAR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the seminar will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less $185, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future seminar. Any credits issued must be used within two calendar years. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the seminar, the full fee is payable. If cancellation notice is received in writing or by telephone more than 10 business days before the conference, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price. For cancellation notices received after the 10-day deadline, the full fee, less $450*, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future conference for up to one year from the date of the original cancellation.
