PROGRAM SPEAKER


Patrick M. Donovan, CPA, is an independent accounting consultant with over 30 years of experience on Wall Street with multinational financial firms. He works primarily with global capital market products, including derivatives, debt and equity instruments, structured transactions, leases and other financial instruments. Mr. Donovan provides accounting guidance to traders, investment advisors, tax and corporate lawyers, corporate and product controllers and senior management. He also teaches accounting seminars for CPE INC. Previously, he held executive positions for many large companies, including Coopers & Lybrand, Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank, Arthur Andersen, Goldman Sachs and AIG.
