What are the benefits of webcasts?
You save time and money by eliminating travel and the associated expenses. And you can learn from the convenience of your office or home.

What will I see on the screen when I am viewing the webcast?
You will see the slide presentation, as well as a "question" box in which you can type queries to the presenters. You will hear the presenters through your speakers.

What are the system requirements for attending a webcast?

For PC-based participants:

Intel or AMD processor (1 GHz or faster)
At least 512 MB RAM (at least 2 GB RAM for Vista)

For Mac-based participants:
Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5, 10.6

PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel processor

Do I have to test my system prior to the webcast?
While it is not required, it is recommended. Some companies and firms have firewalls and security measures in place that may make connection difficult. While this can be corrected with the help of your IT department, this needs to be done before the webcast.

How are questions submitted to the presenter during the webcast?
You can type questions to the presenter using the online "question" pane.

Do I need a microphone to participate in the webcast?
No. Participants cannot talk to the presenters—all questions are typed on-screen.

How do I get access to the webcast slides?
You will receive two emails from us once you register. The first email is an invitation email that will invite you to register for your chosen webcast. Once you go through the registration process detailed in the email and on WebEx, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain instructions on how to download the slides for the webcast.

How is my attendance verified?
Periodically throughout the course of the webcast, a pop-up window to verify your attendance will appear on the right-hand side of the webcast screen. You must click on a minimum of 75% of these pop-up windows to receive full CPE credit for the webcast.

Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes, your Certificate will be emailed to you within approximately one week—providing you respond to a minimum of 75% of the attendance verification pop-up windows.
