CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received prior to two full business days before the date of the seminar will be honored. If you prepay and cannot attend a program, you will receive a full refund or a credit for the full price if you notify us more than two full business days before the start of the program. For cancellation notices received after the two-day deadline, the full fee, less $125, will be converted to a transferable, nonrefundable credit to be applied toward a future seminar. Any credits issued must be used within two calendar years. If notification of cancellation is not received prior to the day of the seminar, the full fee is payable. Be sure to ask for a cancellation number. Note: Colleague substitution permitted with no penalty. Receive a 100% refund if you have prepaid and are not completely satisfied with any program.
DISCOUNT POLICY
For the 3rd through 5th seminars you attend within a calendar year, deduct 5% from tuition. For seminars over 5 in a calendar year, deduct 10% from tuition. When two or more from the same company attend a seminar together, each receives a 10% discount.
CPE CREDIT
These seminars were developed in accordance with continuing professional education requirements for certified public accountants and will qualify for CPE credit in all states. Sponsor numbers for specific states are available. All programs have been prepared to fulfill the continuing education requirements for CMAs and to comply with the Joint AICPA/NASBA Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education Programs. Written proof of attendance will be supplied.
 The Center for Professional Education, INC. (CPE INC.) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
