Reto Micheluzzi, Accounting Advisory Partner, PwC, has over 19 years of experience in advising a wide range of clients in Europe and the US. He solves his clients’ most complex accounting and financial reporting issues. As a Partner in PwC’s Transaction Services, he has proven experience in numerous industries, including retail and consumer, technology, and industrial products. He guides his clients through challenging deal-structuring and consolidation questions, advising them in the design of intricate stock-based compensation arrangements or complex revenue deals. 

 

William J. Park, Audit Partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP, has more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience, primarily serving retail and consumer products companies. He has significant experience as the lead Audit Partner on public companies, multinationals, private equity portfolio companies and complex organizations. Mr. Park also serves as an Engagement Quality Control Review Partner. He has a leadership role in Deloitte’s quality network serving as the National Professional Practice Director for their Retail and Distribution practice.
