Jens Roder, the Regulatory and Professional Affairs Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Euro Firm, has over 30 years experience at the partner level with multinational audits and cross border IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the PwC Euro Firm's Risk Management and Quality Coordination Committee, PwC Global's Regulatory and Public Policy Board and the major accounting firms' Regulatory Working Group. Currently, he is the President of the Institute of State Authorised Public Accountants in Denmark and an Interim Trustee of the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC). He is a past President of the Féderation des Expérts Comptables Européens (FEE) and a former Trustee of and, latterly, Senior Advisor to the Board of Trustees of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation.
