Homiyar Wykes, Corporate Controller for Stolt-Nielsen, S.A., has over 15 years of auditing and accounting experience. He has worked for both major accounting firms and large corporations and has expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX 404 and IFRS. His areas of interest include consolidations, business combinations, special purpose entities, pensions and asset retirement obligations.
